Live tests and demonstrations in the vineyard, a competition to enhance the most avant-garde proposals in the wine sector and a restart signal in the sign of the continuous search for excellence in innovation: “Enovitis in Campo” is back on 1 and 2 July , a traveling event dedicated to viticulture technologies and signed by Unione Italiana Vini (Uiv) which, for the first trade fair in attendance after the forced stop in 2020, gives an appointment to winemakers, agronomists, technicians, winegrowers and wineries among the rows of the Pico Maccario company, in Mombaruzzo, between Monferrato and the Langhe, Unesco heritage.
Unique in Italy in terms of the representativeness of exhibitors (already 119 registered) and visitors (6,000 on average), “Enovitis in Campo” is a dynamic exhibition that makes live tests and demonstrations in the vineyard its distinctive feature. Also this year the best product or process innovations presented by the exhibiting companies will be the protagonists of the Innovation Challenge, the competition aimed at enhancing and promoting the most avant-garde proposals in viticulture, which will be evaluated by a technical-scientific committee.
