However, the timing is too short to confirm the first Roman stage of the “Champagne Experience”, the festival of the legendary French bubbles, organized by Società Excellence, which brings together the 18 major wine importers and distributors of the Belpaese. Thus, it will again be Modena, on Sunday 10 and Monday 11 October, to host the edition n. 4 of the event dedicated to the most important Champagne in Italy, which over the years has been able to catalyze the interest of operators and enthusiasts, thanks also to the possibility of being able to dialogue with the numerous Champagne producers present in person.
The spaces will still be those of Modena Fiere, a location that has already been tested and which allows a great deal of flexibility and greater confidence in redesigning spaces and details, as required by the still very fluid situation. “We are already working with the exhibition body to organize the 2021 edition in the best possible way and in total safety”, explains the director of Società Excellence, Lorenzo Righi. “By expanding the spaces dedicated to the event, we will allow a greater spacing of the stations. We will aim to guarantee visitors an experience of great value, in compliance with the precautions made necessary by the pandemic “.
Rome, as mentioned, will still have to wait until 2022. “The reasons that pushed us last year to postpone the long-awaited edition in the capital are the same that convinced us to move to 2022”, says Lorenzo Righi. “It is a goodbye, therefore, not a goodbye. Rome is an important crossroads capable of welcoming a very high number of visitors, but which at this moment it would not be possible to manage as we would like. We are at home in Modena – concludes Lorenzo Righi – in a location that we know very well: we are sure to be able to organize a transition edition that is always of a high level, under the banner of quality and excellence of tastings and moments training “.
