Bonaventura Maschio presents the new Assaggi collection from the Gaiarine distillery (TV).

A format established for four different products, including bitters and spirits which, together, tell the identity and the great savoir faire of the family in the art of distillation.

To respond to the desire for quality consumption to be appreciated not only at home or in the restaurant but also outdoors, Bonaventura Maschio presents “Our tastings” a selection of the most iconic products of the distillery in the province of Treviso, offered in original bottles from 100 ml, an ideal format for those who discover this production for the first time, or for those who want their favorite distillate and bitter with them.

Distillation has always been the main activity of the Maschio family.

Each generation of the family has dedicated a large part of their life to the art of distillation.

Currently Italo Maschio, is the sole director, assisted in the work by his children Anna, who supports him in the management of the company, and Andrea who takes care of the aspects related to production and numerous experimental activities.

The “Our tastings” collection includes:

  • the elegant grape brandy Prime Uve Bianche,
  • the intense Grappa 903 Barrique,
  • the new born Amaro Bonaventura Herbs and Flowers and Amaro Bonaventura Herbs and Spices with their floral and spicy scents.

Different products that, together, tell the identity and the great savoir faire of the Maschio family in the art of distillation.

The new format is also ideal for restaurateurs who wish to enrich their delivery or takeaway menu by inviting the public to enjoy a refined “after meal”!

Specifically, the products are:

  1. FIRST WHITE GRAPES – It comes from the distillation of fine white, ripe and fragrant grapes. It has an aromatic freshness that derives from the purity of the raw material – only grapes of the best perfectly ripe grapes – and from the exclusive and rigorous working method in every production phase: from harvest to fermentation, up to distillation. The scent is fine, fruity and floral, measuredly aromatic. The taste is clean, light, harmonious.
  2. AMARO BONAVENTURA HERBS AND FLOWERS – comes from the Prime Uve Bianche brandy used as an alcoholic base. In this bitter, which ideally evokes a walk in a flower garden, floral notes of geranium, rosewood, lime and cornflower emerge accompanied by the bitterness of nettle and fibrin clover, refreshed by citrus hints of orange and cedar. The closure is enriched by hints of apple and pear, typical of grape brandy.
  3. AMARO BONAVENTURA HERBS AND SPICES – comes from the Prime Uve Nere brandy used as an alcoholic base to which is added a rich selection of botanicals extracted through long infusions and distillation processes, including cinchona, gentian, bitter orange, eucalyptus, clary sage, fennel, caraway or caraway meadows, cinnamon, tonka bean and vanilla beans. The result is a complex and enveloping bouquet, with sensations of dried fruit and chestnut honey.
  4. GRAPPA 903 BARRIQUE it is dedicated to Bonaventura Maschio, founder of the distillery, born in 1903, whose research and work have constituted a milestone in the field of distillation activity. His method is proposed here, according to a perfect balance of different pomace, distilled in special stills. The scent is delicate, spicy with notes of ripe fruit. The taste is soft and balanced, with great persistence.
