The world of wine looks beyond the pandemic, or at least, like everyone else, it tries. And for the producers of the Belpaese, who have experienced an overall good and successful 2021, which will end with a record in exports which, according to the most optimistic estimates, could reach 7 billion euros, return to promoting in foreign markets. , in the ways that the health framework will allow, will be fundamental. And, in this sense, the provisional national ranking of projects admitted to financing with the resources of Ocm Vino for promotion in third countries has been published by the Ministry of Agriculture. Over 29 million euros are eligible for contributions (22.5 million euros in the form of an advance and 6.6 million euros in the form of a balance) which will activate promotion projects for a total value of 72.3 million euros.
The effectiveness of the ranking, explains the ministerial decree 668802 of 20 December 2021, “is subject to the outcome of the pre-contractual checks”, as required by law.
The major funding, with 3 million euros each for projects worth a total of 7.5 million euros, two groups such as the Enomotion Association and the Avimo Association (Italian Wine Ambassadors in the World). Yet, 1.8 million euros on a 4.6 project they go to the Ati that sees for agent company Santa Margherita, while 1.7 out of 4.4 of overall project go to the ATI led by Bertani, and the same sum, for a 4.2 project, to theAmaranth Association, while 1.4 million euros for 3.6 of the project go to Ati Italy International Wines.
