In the world of wine, the sharing economy, that is the sharing of resources that is the basis of a more collaborative economy, has no great chance of success, nor easy applications, beyond more symbolic examples than anything else. This is why the “Wine Share Economy” model proposed in Puglia by Tenuta Liliana, the company founded in Salento, in Parabita (two steps from Gallipoli) in 2018, by the Milanese entrepreneur Antonio Intiglietta, creator of “Artigiano in Fiera” in Milan and of Apulian origins, it is particularly interesting. It is on the distribution side that the “Wine Share Economy” model is born, in which the company’s partners will be not only retailers, but also external partners who can actively participate in the project: a vineyard shared by international partners who become partners of the company through the subscription of shares, and which will sell the wine of Salento in the world.
“I made a capital increase and in the next few days I will launch a stake for at least 40-50 national and international investors”, Antonio Intiglietta tells the newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore”. The goal, however, is not just to share an entrepreneurial project, but also involve entrepreneurs far from the world of wine and Salento, to attract investments in the area capable of transforming agriculture – and viticulture – based “still on agricultural income and incentivizing those who invest, those who transform the environment, those who make a farm of excellence. In this way we will be able to give life to the Salento Valley ”, says the entrepreneur, who, in ten years, will invest 10 million euros in Tenuta Liliana, producing 80,000 bottles from 14 hectares of vineyards owned, from the current 8.5.
