The 2019 edition of the galeotte dinners of Volterra is starting

This year’s Cene Galeotte series of evenings kicked off last April 5 with Fabio Barbaglini, talented Lombard chef now Executive Chef at La Ménagère and at FOOO – Florence Out Of Ordinary in Florence, as we have specified here.

The dinner was held with great success, both in terms of participation and in terms of taste feedback.

An evening full of surprises, stories, fun and even emotion in some ways, when you think about how life takes certain turns, but then the kitchen seems to give the positive turn!

And since you don’t need many words to describe these sensations, we decided to simply put together a series of images of the evening, waiting for the next dinners on the calendar, which will be told as always in the series “food stories behind bars”.
