"Why do they always start with white?" Just keeping it light!

"Why do they always start with white?" Just keeping it light!

Typically before dinner in Italy and in my house, we share an aperitivo. Which means a light tasty snack with a fresh light wine to stimulate the taste buds and the appetite! However, you can choose from your favorite of either red or white.
